My Realtor is BETTER than yours!!!! Mr. Nathan Smith hands down from my first inquiry of looking for a home was on the job. He did his best to work around my crazy late work schedule. He did everything to make sure I was comfortable, but I met him in the middle. I love the saying "GOD is not a wishing well." You can't ask for something and not do your part. Mr. Smith was very punctual to locations. He went out of his way to find out about upgrades to homes I was interested in. He never made me feel pressured or attacked into buying anything just so he could get a sale. To me this speaks volumes. Mr Smith, always stated " I want you to be comfortable." When I had a moment and I just could not find what I wanted. I prayed and GOD said STOP!!! I hesitated because I felt like I was waisting his time. But I had to tell Mr. Smith that I needed a break and we needed to pause on looking. Mr. Smith told me it's ok but please give him a call when I was ready. He was calm and cool about it. As weeks and holidays went Mr. Nathan Smith both called and texted to check on me and to make sure I was still looking. Mr. Smith would also send me homes as he did during the entire process but it was never overbearing. Mr. Nathan Smith thank you for your time.
